why did you put the happy face mask on,
when deep inside you're really hurting,
so hurt that you can no longer feel the pain,
why did you?
the person that would've understand you the most,
in time when you're dealing with your worst situation,
when the world couldn't understand,
how can you just let you be,
leaving you there,
struggling with your own feelings,
when you talk,
when you share your greatest fear,
why can't you see that you're revealing the fragile you,
the one that you should've protected,
you're tired of being reasonable,
you're tired of always giving in,
you're tired of trying,
you no longer can talk from the depth,
coz every time you try,
you know you'll hurt again,
perhaps maybe its you,
slowly losing yourself,
and knowing that life is not that bed of roses....
