As i was reading some notes for this morning paper,Hubungan Etnik , some of the notes made me thinking:

ASSIMILASI – A+B+C=A/B/C (Ada sesuatu pihak yang dominan)

INTEGRASI – A+B+C=D (Melting Pot)

AKOMODASI – A+B+C=A+B+C (Penyesuaian)

which one are we in Malaysia? well, you choose.. :)

as far as i'm concerned we are rich mixtures of races and ethnics inside a huge harmonious pot.. hope so.. :).. that's why we need to take the SHE course though i've only been to the lecture one time only.. huhu..
