-simple way to learn about rock's texture...

i finished my revision on rock studies and found out few words which can be used in our daily life..

  • phaneritic = large grains.
Eg; "his back body has phaneritic acnes since high school. i wonder when will it gone" says Ali to Mizan.

  • aphanitic = small grains
Eg; the cake looks so delicious. it is very soft and moist due to its aphanitic texture.
  • porphyritic = fine grains mixed with large grains.
Eg; his meal looks porphyritic with all the rices, chicken chops and baked beans.
  • vesicular = holes
Eg; my heart is turns to vesicular since the day she left me.. sob s0b..
  • glassy = glass like
Eg; her glassy eyes really made me attracted to her. believe me.

this post is not because i am tense due to studies or whatsoever..
its just that all the words in mineralogy terms are rather cool i guess.. hehe
till then..
